Langford Clinic rated ‘good’ by CQC, resulting in all Bramley Health services now rated 'good'

Bramley Health celebrates once again as the Langford Centre is now also rated ‘Good’ by the  Care Quality Commission, this follows receiving a ‘good’ rating on ALL five Bramley Health care homes, and a ‘good’ rating at their Maidstone hospital Glenhurst Lodge.  Bramley Health are now extremely proud to announce that they now have a ‘Good’ rating across all services.

Staff at the Langford Centre were praised in the inspection report: “Patients experienced care and treatment that was compassionate, sensitive and person-centred. Staff morale was generally high and the wards supported each other. Wards were well-led and there was clear leadership at a local level. The ward managers were visible on the wards during the day and the multidisciplinary team were available to support patients and staff.

The service had a robust multidisciplinary team who worked well together and were fully involved in patients’ care

Bramley Health are delighted to have recently opened Cooden Lodge at The Langford Clinic due to the demand.

James Phillips, director, said:  “The positive report highlights the excellent quality of person-centred care and compassion that the Bramley Health team provides at the Langford Centre.  Congratulations to all our management and staff at the Langford Centre, we are delighted that their hard work and commitment has been recognised by the CQC.”
