Bramley Health 12-18 Week High Dependency Rehabilitation Service

Our 12-18 week High Dependency Rehabilitation programme is available at Glenhurst Lodge (Maidstone, Kent) and The Langford Centre (Bexhill-on-Sea, Sussex). The programme is suited to meet the needs of individuals who have had a prolonged or cyclical admissions to PICU, acute, secure and specialist services who have engaged in all necessary interventions but require a short, focused placement to consolidate and build on skills to promote successful discharge into the community.

Bramley Health Open New Unit at Heron View Care Home

Heron View opened its doors in September 2018 and has received a CQC rating of good in all domains following its inspection in June 2019. Heron View will be increasing it’s bed capacity by an additional eleven beds on Woodbury Unit taking the Care Home from twenty four beds to thirty five beds. We anticipate to be ready for admissions in March 2020.

Heron View is a care home with nursing located in Croydon supporting thirty five gentleman who have a Mental Health need and/or a Neurocognitive/Acquired Brain Injury condition which affects their behaviour, ability to process information and ability to function independently. The service specialises in supporting gentlemen with varying diagnoses including but not limited to, Mental Health, Dementia, Alzheimer’s, Huntington’s and Korsakoff’s. The team are skilled in managing aggression, sexual disinhibition and behaviours that challenge that pose a risk to service user and others.

Bramley Health Autistic Spectrum Conditions Service

Camber, Bexhill-On-Sea, Sussex is a specialist inpatient service for men who have a confirmed diagnosis of Autistic Spectrum Conditions. The service supports up to twelve Patients in a mix of individual bespoke flatlets and en-suite bedrooms. Our flatlets offer a large living area, bedroom and en-suite bathroom to support patients who require a safe space with little stimulation and additional support.

The service has been developed to support Service User’s stepping down from Low and Medium Secure services, impacted and failing inpatient services and community placements that have broken down who need a bespoke and specialist tailored package of care to support individuals back into the community.
