Bramley Health COVID Support
–
In response to COVID-19 and the need to support the NHS, Bramley Health has been working closely with NHS Foundation Trusts, Clinical Commissioning Groups and Social Services teams to support emergency admissions and in turn relieve bed pressures on the NHS. We are actively assessing and admitting Service Users to all of our services and welcome all referrals that need reviewing for any of our vacancies
Bramley Health would also like to take this opportunity to thank all of those colleagues across the NHS for their dedicated and ongoing support helping the general public during the Coronavirus pandemic.

Ballater House Residential Care Home
Ballater House is a Residential Care Home which includes nursing care. The service is operated over three separate units and is located in Coulsdon, Surrey and caters for men presenting with Learning Disability, Autism, associated complex needs, challenging behaviours and secondary diagnosis of Mental Health. The service is dedicated to supporting the needs and wellbeing of individuals with a range of complex care needs, behaviours that can challenge services and in some cases present with risks that require a more robust community placement. Ballater House offers an environment that provides spacious modern amenities, specially adapted open communal spaces and direct access to landscaped external gardens and grounds.

Shepherds Corner Care Home
Shepherds Corner is a Care Home with a CQC rating of good in all domains. The service is located in Croydon and caters for men and woman presenting with Learning Disability, Autism, associated complex needs and may also have a secondary diagnosis of Mental Health. The service also offers respite care and welcomes referrals from placement teams and families to support Service Users who may need a short term placement.
Shepherds Corner has a relaxed and homely environment that is staffed by a dedicated and experienced team that are accustomed to supporting individuals who have a presentation of Learning Disability or Autism. We promote and support our Service Users to access community leave as often as possible and provide a least restricted environment at all times.

Heron View Residential Care Home
Heron View is a Residential Care Home with nursing located in Croydon supporting gentleman who have a Mental Health need and/or a Neurocognitive/Acquired Brain Injury condition which affects their behaviour, ability to process information and ability to function independently. Heron View has received a CQC rating of good in all domains following its inspection in June 2019. The service specialises in supporting gentlemen with varying diagnoses including but not limited to, Mental Health, Dementia, Alzheimer’s, Huntington’s and Korsakoff’s. The team are skilled in managing aggression, sexual disinhibition and behaviours that challenge that pose a risk to service user and others.
Service Users may transition from Mental Health inpatient services, failed community placements, care homes, acute/PICU hospitals, neurorehabilitation services or secure units that no longer meet their needs. We have a specialist and dedicated team that compromises of Registered Manager, Clinical Lead, Mental Health Nurses, Operations Manager and qualified Therapy Care Workers to support our Service Users 24 hours a day. Physiotherapy assessments are also available to Services Users should they require it.

The Nightingales Residential Care Home
The Nightingales is a newly purpose built Residential Care Home opening late October 2020 offered at Croham Place located in Croydon, Greater London. The Nightingales has been developed to support up to nine gentlemen who have sustained a brain injury which affects their behaviour, ability to process information and ability to function independently. Individuals in our care may also present with a premorbid Mental Health diagnosis and experience a variety of physical health conditions. Service Users may transition from Mental Health inpatient services, failed community placements, care homes, neurorehabilitation services or secure services that can no longer meet their needs.
The Nightingales offers a safe and robust setting for up to nine gentleman who either require or would benefit from a male only service. We have a specialist and dedicated team that compromises of a Registered Manager, Registered General Nurses, Mental Health Nurses, Clinical Lead, Operations Supervisor and qualified Therapy Care Workers to support our Service Users 24 hours a day. Physiotherapy assessments are also available to Services Users should they require it. Our unique person centred approach encourages engagement with families and carers to create a responsive and Service User led environment. The Nightingales has a contemporary environment that provides spacious modern amenities, specially adapted open communal spaces and direct access to secure landscaped external gardens and grounds.
