Bramley Health CoVid-19 Support
– 

In response to COVID-19 and the need to support the NHS, Bramley Health has been working closely with NHS Foundation Trusts, Clinical Commissioning Groups and Social Services teams to support emergency admissions and in turn relieve bed pressures on the NHS.

We are actively assessing and admitting Service Users to all of our services and welcome referrals that need reviewing for any of our vacancies. In order to facilitate quicker assessments and admissions our clinical teams are currently assessing Service Users virtually in order to support placement teams. Please see a list of vacancies below across Bramley Health and the contact details for our referrals team.

Our service at Heron View is currently offering short term placements which is a specialist care home with nursing located in Croydon, Greater London, supporting up to thirty five gentlemen who have a Mental Health presentation and/or a Neurocognitive/Acquired Brain Injury condition which affects their behaviour, ability to process information and ability to function independently.

Heron View specialises in supporting individuals who are in the following placements,

– Low and Medium Secure Services

– Locked Rehabilitation Services

– High Dependency Units

– Acquired Brain Injury and Dementia Services

– Older Persons Metal Health Services

– NHS Acute Services

– Care Home Services

– Prison Services

Individuals in our care may present with a variety of physical and or neurological diagnoses such as any type of Dementia, Huntington’s, Korsakoff’s and Alzheimer’s disease. Heron View specialises in managing aggression and challenging presentations,
